Registration required. Maximum capacity- 170 people
Attire- Men- Sport coat, no tie required. No jeans or t-shirts allowed.
SILENT FUND- Included on the Registration Form is an opportunity to make a donation to a “silent fund” to assist any classmates who would like to participate, but for various reasons are unable to afford the fees. If you would like to participate, please add your donation amount to the bottom of the fee schedule. If you need assistance, please contact Debbie Martin at 919-880-1555 or dmartin3431@gmail.com. This list will be confidential and is the way we can make sure anyone who would like to come, does.
OPTIONS FOR REGISTERING-
1- Register online beginning July 20, 2024 and pay the $107.00 per person fee ( Credit card payments carry a 5.9% processing fee= cost of the evening increased from $100 to $107/ person. Deadline to register October 5, 2024).
2- Register online beginning July 20, 2024 and pay $100 per person by mailing a check to the address below.
3-Register offline using the form below and pay the fee using VENMO. Email the form to gmail account below. Upon receipt of your registration form with your Venmo acct info I will send you a REQUEST for payment from my Venmo account name. You can accept the REQUEST and pay your registration fee and any silent fund donation you would like to include. This way we will have private communications to insure security.
4-Register offline beginning July 20, 2024- email the form to gmail address below and include your ZELLE account information (name, phone or email address). I will email you with confirmation of my Zelle account for you to send the registration fees and any Silent fund you would like to contribute. This way will also be done privately to insure security.
