Nancy Iler Evans (9 Jun 1951 - 30 Jul 2015)
Nancy was the daughter of Lehman and Sarah Iler. She graduaed from Needham Broughton and NCSU.
Nancy truly never met a stranger, and she encouraged many friends and family during her life. She loved dogs, reading any book she could find, needlepoint, cooking meals for family and friends, and winning at Hearts.
Nancy will be remembered for her strong will, her quick wit, and her caring soul. She was a 15-year breast cancer survivor, and in her last few years, she fought a courageous battle with lung cancer. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Mary Iler.
She is survived by her husband, Wallace Evans; her son, Rocky; and her brothers, John and Lewis.
A private service in Nancy's honor was held at Saint John's Methodist Church in Rock Hill, SC on 1 Aug 2015.

Nancy passed away at age 64 on July 30, 2015. She died at her home in Charlotte, NC.
Nancy was born at Rex Hospital on June 9, 1951 to Lehman and Sarah Iler. She graduated from Needham Broughton and NCSU.
